Mondjuk Reppert optimistább: "Southeastern Europe will have much the difficulty of Italy. The stor(m)y weather will tend to move in later in the month, and try and bring things below normal for temperatures and above normal for precipitation. So, this will be some of the most interesting weather we will see."
